Vegas!

Hey guys so today I am leaving for Vegas! Im soo excited for the shopping, the sleeping, the shows, and the swimming!!! Anyway since I will not be able to bring my laptop i won't be able to post :( but i will make sure i post as soon as i get back in 5 or 6 days. If you have any requests for a post just comment! I will be taking a ton of pictures and shopping so i will have a great post when i come back! And hopefully Emma will be able to post!

1 shirt 2 ways!!

So this post is called 1 shirt 2 ways, obviously. It was perfect because we happened to have bought the exact same shirt, so we decided to use it to our advantage! The shirt is perfect for Fall in California with the rich colors and 3/4 sleeves but its also great for the ending and the rest of summer with shorts. So the first way is Brianne's way in a more casual festival kind of way, with the shorts, which is probably good for the end of summer. The accessories for this look are all earthy in a way and are fun with the charm bracelets and the huge ring. Emma's look is more Fall proof but still casual edgy with the skinny jeans and booties. The accessories for this look are kept more simple but they go perfect with this outfit. So this just goes to show its easy to wear 1 shirt 2 ways. Enjoy! Good Girls Gone Bad!

Good girls gone bad was the theme of this photoshoot! The idea was to dress up in dresses and accessorize them the complete opposite style then the dresses were to create contrast. Now we know it's not a particularly new concept, but honestly it was just soo much fun dressing we had to take pictures of it! Emma's dress is a little bit more on the dark, vampiress, edgy side with all the black lace, but she paired it with black booties and fishnets to keep it edgy, a few strands of pearl chains for a girlier appeal, and a black bow headband that looked great with her red hair. Brianne wore a girly, funky, electric dress with black wedged booties, a black leather jacket, long thick chains, and a cute headband, her accessories were a little bit more edgy because her dress was soo bright and fun. Look for today!

Today was great! Me and Emma got to hang out!!!! We also have a bunch of pics we took in amazing dresses, but I'll probably post them tomorrow cause there are soo many pictures to upload and that gives me so little sleeping time since i am exhausted. Me and Emma went to the Ontario Mills mall, then went to my house and took pictures, then she left and i am now posting! Anyway so my outfit today consisted of a fun, colorful, plaid, highwaisted, flare skirt with a simple tank and a few accessories. Today was a fun, hang out, shopping day but it never hurts to look good! My pictures are a little blurry cause the lighting was off so i couldn't use flash and my little sister took the pictures but im also really into the blurry look because it makes the pictures look more interesting, which i love! This outfit was actually really easy to change in and out of in dressing rooms when we were shopping at the Abercrombie Outlet, Forever21, H&M, and the Betsey Johnson Outlet. So yea! Hope you enjoy ever so much!!! (the tank and belt are Abercrombie, the shoes are my sisters, the brown necklace is Claires, the gold one is vintage, the ring is Forever21, the bag is vintage, and the skirt is Urban Outfitters.)

Look for today!

So...... my outfit today was inspired by sweet clouds with a skirt..... and i just bought this shirt so i really wanted to wear it! Since the shirt has a really nice eyelet design on the neck i just kept the accessories simple and my hair in a messy braid and navy blue ballet flats. The look is really sweet not what i used to. but what i've been into lately including yesterdays outfit. Anyway my new obsession is this store called Zara! I went shopping today on Hollywood and Highland payed a visit to American Apparel, Zara, and H&M. Since i am soo petite the store Zara was perfect for me, because they had a kids section, but the kids section wasn't all tutu's and rhinestones it actually had uber cute dresses, leggings, and shirts that were on sale. I bought 2 dresses(that were very well made), and 2 gorgeous white flowy shirts(cause i love white). So i hope you enjoyed my look for today! Look for today!

So... today was spectacular! I got to act like i was 5 again and it's all because my beautiful cousins Alison(almost 5) and Madison (2) came for a visit! I love them they're soo cute and hyper and silly. They let me dress them up, teach them to dance, and they covered me and my sisters in stickers. Since today was a chilled, fun day i wore a relaxed shirt and loose shorts and my hair in a ponytail cause Madison likes to pull. Also i kind of mixed the colored metals in my accessories, and i've been told you should stick to one color of metal, but then what fun would that be? And like i've said before "rules were made for breaking." Anyway i hope you like my outfit! (the shirt, shorts, and belt are Abercrombie, the watch is Lucky Brand, the shoes are Bamboo, the gold necklace is my moms(and yes that is me and my brother cause if it were just some random kids that would be weird), and the ring and necklace are Tiffany and Co.)

Look for today!

My look for today is kinda vintag-y (i don't have very good adjectives). Well mostly because the shirt is my mothers vintage shirt that i took from her closet.... well i think it's vintage, she mentioned something like that (and i don't have very good hearing like most teenagers ;P). Anyway the shirt is a solid color but with a unique texture (as you can see in the picture above) so i paired it with a patterned skirt cause one of my fears in life is that ill start looking drabb..... so two complete different colors all solid in a single outfit is kind of a no no..... for me anyway, but then again no no's and rules were made for braking! If what im typing makes no sense its because i'm kinda out of it today, my apologies. Anyway as i am looking at the picture above i am realizing that my head is a little disproportional from my body.... interesting, and my legs are in an awkward position... oh well. Anyway i hope you enjoy!!!!!! (the shirt is my mom's, the belt and skirt are Forever21, the bracelet is a gift from my sister, the shoes are One Star and my favorite pair of sneakers, and the earrings and glasses are also Forever21.)

Fall part2 Valentino my love!!!!!!!

So it goes on with my obsession with Fall and all of the collections for 2010! This collection is the Valentino Fall Couture 2010, and it is magnificent! Everything seems so youthful with all of the babydoll shapes, the barely there pieces, bubble skirts, the simple colors, the kitten heels, the messy and simply pulled back hair, and yet everything is so..... well..... pretty! From the beginning of the collection to the end its like the colors fade and you take layers off, but the shapes and sillouettes are all still intact. Honestly, the first thing i thought of when i saw this collection was jellyfish, Sarah Jessica Parker (im not quite sure why), and snow princesses, but all in a good way. Its like dressing up as a princess without looking like a 5 year old, being modest with mini dresses, being feminine but not prim. It's almost like draping my old baby pink sheets around me and adding a few bows here and there. This collection is lovely and perfect ..... that's all i have to say.
